Het ontvangst is erg gastvrij (bedankt voor de fles champagne Tom). Ook het ontbijt laat niets te wensen over.. erg leuk dat je in de huiskamer ontbijt. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug! + Zeer ruim en huiselijk, n leuke buurt waar je je prima kunt vermaken want er is genoeg te zien en te doen. | ||||

| Paul, visiting from: Canada This is a charming B&B, .Tom was very helpful when we arrived.The room was lovely and the location is good.Highly recommend. + Consideration by Tom ,the cleanliness of the B&B and the general feeling of the B&B. Nice quiet area. All very very good. - location a little problematic. Suggest guests without a car could have a small list of tram numbers and which ones go to which sites of interest. i.e. to Anne Frank House take number ? | ||||

We rented bikes on our first day and got around town easily. Thanks Jasper, for a wonderful stay. + - Extremely spacious and comfortable room and living area (much bigger than most hotel rooms) - Located at a convenient location but away from the crazy downtown area - Lots of restaurants, supermarket near by - - The stairs are steep! | ||||

| Tiffany and Zack, visiting from: USA We loved our stay at this B and B. We stayed in both rooms and they were both great, both rooms have a fridge and the beds are very comfortable. We had some of the best nights of sleep that we've ever had in any other hotel. Jasper and Tom were great hosts and were very helpful. The bottle of wine was a very nice touch. The location was also perfect. We hope we can stay here again one day. Thank you guys for everything! | ||||

He has been amazing, always so helpful with local information coming to our rescue at night and generally a pleasure. I would recommend this B and B to everyone! + Jasper is the real plus but not including him the location is wonderful. Not too busy not too quiet. Great links into the center. Also the B&B is immaculate and all our needs have been catered for. - Umm don't really have one but if I had to choose I would say the stairs but all stairs in Amsterdam are like this and it keeps you fit! | ||||

Not only was he a wonderful host, very pleasant, and incredibly helpful, but he made you feel very much at home. We would definitely rank this B&B in the upper 1%... for the look, hospitality, and comfort. Thanks again Jasper! + Nice breakfast, wonderful area of Amsterdam (trams and buses are very close), quite and tranquil street. - Not much. A lot of people comment on the stairs, and yeah, they're steep! But virtually all stairs in Amsterdam are like this. Besides, Jasper will help you with your luggage should you need it. | ||||

The wine in the room was a nice touch! Breakfast selection fantastic!! + Location is great, away from the large crowds and noise. Public transportation readily available. - For some, the steep staircase could be a problem but this goes with the age and character of the building which you would not want to change. | ||||

I would enthusiastically recommend staying with Jasper & Tom, who are amazing hosts! The district itself has the certain inter-cultural charm, well located & connected with a public transport, and it is full of small restaurants presenting different cuisines. + Everything I specified above: concept, style, service, location, privacy. | ||||

| Michal, visiting from: Israel We stayed in the room with the balcony. The location is super. De Pijp is a cool area, and everything is convenient (the tram, supermarket, the museums, etc.). As written before Jasper is a great host, he is kind, friendly, and helpful. The room is spacious, great bed and linen. everything is nicely designed. they clean everyday which is more than we expected. The dining room is equipped with tv series and books to borrow. it's one of the best BB i've been in Europe. + the home atmosphere. the location. the blankets. the coffee machine. - the mirror and basin is in the room itself where the small kitchenette is. | ||||

The location is very nice if you want to be a short (and easy) tram ride away from the craziness that Amsterdam has to offer. Room was well appointed and the bed... well, that was super comfortable and warm! Great job guys, I appreciate the hospitality and hope to have the chance to come back to see you. + Location is in a great QUIET neighborhood, with great restaurants and bars. The guest room is very comfortable with complete privacy. The dining area provides that extra nice touch to make you feel right at home. Jasper is a wonderful host and was very helpful from suggesting places to dine and arranging transportation to the airport. Rooms, situated in a traditional Amsterdam house, are decorated with a modern taste. Area of B&B is very trendy and 'far away' from the noisy tourist area in the center and close to the trendy De Pijp which gave us a very comfortable and great stay! + Comfortable, well located, good & helpful staff, space, well secured, maps ans sightseeing cards of Amsterdam available. This place is very different from a hotel! Preparing your own breakfast was fun! - No serious minus, except for climbing the small stairs which can be a minus for people who can have some difficulties with walking or climbing in general. No credit card or 'pin ' facility yet. | ||||
